Global Hire is a job board aggregator that collects and displays remote job listings available to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We aggregate job listings from various sources and also allow employers to post job listings directly on our platform for a fee.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers or original sources.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the job listings displayed on the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any job listing or employment relationship resulting from the Service, or any unauthorized access to your data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Hire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which Global Hire is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
