By accessing and using the Global Hire website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Global Hire is a job board aggregator that collects and displays remote job listings available to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland. We aggregate job listings from various sources and also allow employers to post job listings directly on our platform for a fee.

3. Job Listings and Accuracy

  • Global Hire aggregates job listings from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing.
  • We are not responsible for the content of job listings posted by third parties or aggregated from external sources.
  • Job listings may expire, be filled, or be removed at any time without notice.
  • We do not endorse any employer, company, or job opportunity listed on our platform.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any job opportunity before applying.

4. Employer Job Postings

Employers who post jobs on Global Hire agree to the following:

  • All job listings must be for legitimate, legal employment opportunities.
  • Job listings must be for 100% remote positions available to European residents.
  • Employers must provide accurate information about the position, company, and compensation.
  • Job listings must not contain discriminatory content or violate any applicable employment laws.
  • Global Hire reserves the right to remove any job listing that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Job posting fees are charged at the time of posting and are non-refundable once the listing has been published.
  • Standard job postings are priced at €30 and Featured job postings at €70.
  • Premium subscriptions are billed at €5 per month and can be cancelled at any time.
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

6. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, layout, graphics, and content created by Global Hire, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent. Job listing content belongs to the respective employers or original sources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We make no representations about the suitability, reliability, or accuracy of the job listings displayed on the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Global Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, any job listing or employment relationship resulting from the Service, or any unauthorized access to your data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Hire, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the member state in which Global Hire is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
